| Spring Update |

Hey Everyone! We figured we'd update you a bit on what we've been up to lately:
We recently came home after being on tour all year and we're currently spending April/May in New York to write and record a bunch of new music and reorganize a lot of things. Being away on tour so much can sometimes leave a lot of things in shambles so we're taking the time to really fix a lot of the weak links in our operation and basically get every aspect of this band into fighting shape for the rest of the year. We aren't due for another full length album just yet but hopefully we'll be able to release some of this new music over the summer. We're really stoked on how everything is coming along and can't wait for you to hear it!
We've got a lot of NEW coming your way in general so keep on the lookout for new merch, photos, videos, and tour announcements coming soon! We'll be back on the road again in June and can't to see all you guys again, so hold tight while we crank out some new music and tighten up our business situation. We really appreciate all the love and support you show us and have showed us over the past two years that this band has been making music. You guys are as much a part of this as we are and we're really excited to continue growing and moving towards the future!

We're so stoked to announce that we'll be posting a stripped down piano/vocal version of our song "I Have Spread Some Love" up on our myspace for streaming and FREE DOWNLOAD on Christmas Day! We recorded it in Chicago last week with our good friend Nick Scalise (October Fall) and we're stoked to give it to you guys as a thank you gift for all that you've done for us this year. | DEC 3 - DEC 12: ACOUS-TOUR! |

Hey Guys!
We wanted to let you know that Chris and me will be going on a really short acoustic tour from December 3rd - December 12th that we've simply named "ACOUS-TOUR" becuase that sounds pretty ridiculous haha. Why are we doing this you ask? Well its pretty simple actually! We had these dates sceduled for a bit, yet due to some sudden personal family reasons Jimmi isn't going to be able to make them. So instead of cancelling Chris and me decided that we'd do them acoustic. It's going to be just us two out by ourselves (thankfully we get to leave our trailer behind. Whoo for saving on gas!) and it might get a bit lonely so we're hoping that you guys come out and chill with us! We're also going to be dropping our merch prices down to $8 a shirt on this run to get rid of the last of our fall merch stock, so make sure to check that out! We're really excited to do this and are stoked about getting to present the songs in a more intimate stripped down manner. Should be a blast for sure!

Thieves and Villains announced their signing to Victory Records in February 2008 after a mere year long existance. The band are currently preparing their debut full length for a summer 2008 release. |
